"No job is worth taking, if there exists no challenge in doing it."

--Novice G. Fawcett

Fawcett Scholars are Ph. D. students who have been selected to study educational leadership with Professor Wayne K. Hoy, the Novice Fawcett Chair in Educational Administration, at The Ohio State University. Fawcett Scholars are typically appointed for three years as they study and complete their research at Ohio State. The Chair and Scholars are funded by an endowment made possible through the generosity of the friends and family of Novice G. Fawcett,  the eighth  President of The Ohio State University. A special thanks to Jane Fawcett-Hoover for her continuing interest and support.
