States regarding African issues. Among the many strengths of the site, visitors
can access briefing papers/policy documents
which are available via email. Readers can subscribe for (free) to the Africa Policy

This link provides information about ePals. ePals is a classroom exchange program
that promotes cross cultural learning via email communication. The service
is free but teachers must register their schools/classes.
