Page Organization
Use headings, lists and consistent structure throughout the site.
For example, in FrontPage, be sure to assign structure elements using the STYLE drop down in the FORMAT tool bar. Also be sure to include any navigation aids that are on your home page on all other pages within your site as well.
Consistency in structure will aid not only the learning disabled, but any user of your site.
